The recent outbreaks of infectious diseases like COVID-19 have shaken our nation and exposed a serious vulnerability—low immunity among our population. These diseases primarily affect individuals with weakened immune systems, and unfortunately, a large portion of our lower and middle-income communities fall into this category due to chronic malnutrition.
A strong immune system requires a balanced intake of essential nutrients such as proteins, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and vital vitamins—nutrients often missing from the daily diets of financially disadvantaged families. This lack of proper nutrition is leading to increased illness, stunted growth in children, mental underdevelopment, and in many tragic cases, early mortality. The rising rate of child malnutrition in India is not just a statistic—it is a national crisis.
Recognizing the urgent need for action, Asian Health Association has taken a bold and compassionate step. We are introducing a comprehensive Nutrition Support Initiative, centered around the distribution of a powerful, scientifically formulated Nutrition One Powder.
This nutrient-rich powder, when consumed regularly—5 grams for children and 10 grams for adults—has been shown to:

Strengthen immunity

Support physical and mental development in children

Improve vision and reduce dark circles

Reduce body fat and manage blood pressure

Enhance overall energy and vitality

Unfortunately, high-quality nutrition powders typically cost ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per kg, making them inaccessible to low-income families.
